Hi everyone! My name is Kendra, and I am a CSEP-CPT certified personal fitness trainer. I recently graduated from the Personal Fitness Trainer program at NAIT and am eager to start using the knowledge and skills I acquired. As a trainer, I aspire to provide my clients with a welcoming, motivational and personal experience that will guide them on the path to reaching their goals. I am so thankful to have recently joined the Integro team, and I look forward to seeing everyone at the studio!

When I am not at the gym, I enjoy catching up with family and friends, spending time outdoors or playing my ukulele. Being a perfectionist, I have always had the drive to personally improve. I believe my sense of determination came from the experiences I had growing up as a dancer. After discovering the gym, my perspective on health and fitness completely changed. I have been a personal trainer for more than 12 years, and I still get out of bed each morning thinking “yes! I get to go to work today.” I honestly love what I do because I get to help people move better so they can enjoy doing the things they love, pain free. Wellness like this impacts all aspects of life.

I believe my most important job is to help make fitness fit for each individual that comes through my door.

I am constantly learning and reading new research so I can provide the most up-to-date, scientifically based advice and support to my clients.

A session with me might look a bit different: We begin with a thorough assessment of where you are at right now. We talk about your goals, what your commitment can look like, and where you’ve had challenges physically in the past. Then we make a plan that we’ll keep updating and refining as we go.

We begin in the here and now, and everything after that is progress.

I’m here to help you live your healthiest life, whatever that might look like to you. Because this is your body, your wellness and your life, after all.

Outside of the gym, you can find me awake at 3am taking photos of the stars. During daytime hours, I spend most of my free time with my young family, finding fun, active experiences around Sherwood Park and Edmonton. And whenever we have the chance, my wife and I take every opportunity to try new restaurants.
